Owner and operator of a full-service commercial photography studio and rental facility supporting a wide range of production needs. Designed, managed, and maintained a multi-set studio featuring a 180-degree cyc wall with integrated vehicle turntable for automotive and watercraft shoots; immersive built sets including an aircraft passenger cabin, prison tier, motel courtyard facade with fully furnished room, residential living room and master bedroom, and a bar/lounge environment that also functioned as a client break area. The studio included an underwater shooting tank with shoot-through panels, two green rooms with changing and shower facilities, a client-facing lobby, and a dedicated post-production suite with three Adobe Creative Cloud–equipped editing workstations. Oversaw all studio operations, scheduling, client relations, rentals, production support, and facility logistics.

• Led the coordination of talent acquisition, working closely with casting directors and agents to recruit on-screen talent that matched creative vision and project requirements.

• Managed wardrobe procurement and organization, ensuring timely acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes in alignment with production design and budget constraints.

• Oversaw the planning, design, and setup of production stages, optimizing each space for various filming needs and ensuring efficient workflow across multiple sets.

• Provided logistical support throughout production, coordinating resources, equipment, and crew to ensure that all stages of filming, from pre-production to post-production, ran smoothly and on schedule.

• Collaborated with directors, producers, and department heads to address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring that creative goals were met while maintaining budget and time efficiency.
