Salary: ¥3,500,000/year | Independent Contractor, 25-30hrs/week

Directly in charge of delivering comprehensive instruction in conversational, written, and reading English to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Designed and prepared lesson plans, classroom materials, coursework, homework assignments, and instructional handouts to support structured language development. Assessed student performance through classwork and assignments, maintained accurate attendance and progress records, and provided individualized feedback and career-focused guidance related to the effective use of English. Demonstrated strong classroom leadership by managing lessons independently, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and adapting instruction to individual learning styles. Organized extracurricular activities and developed real-life language scenarios with clear learning targets to prepare students for academic study, professional work, and international travel, contributing to student confidence and practical language application.
